WHO MAY PARTICIPATE IN [AG]WPJA PHOTOGRAPHY CONTESTS?
[AG]WPJA contests are only open to members who are in good standing with the organization, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry, and who agree to the terms in
these Official Rules. Employees, officers and directors of the [AG]WPJA or any of their affiliates, and their immediate family members, are excluded. The Contest is subject to all
federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
WHEN ARE THE CONTESTS HELD?
[AG]WPJA contests are held quarterly.
WHEN IS THE NEXT CONTEST DEADLINE?
Q1 '08 Contest - May 16th, 2008 - This contest is now closed.
Q2 '08 Contest - August 1st, 2008
Q3 '08 Contest - November 7th, 2008
Q4 '08 Contest - February 6th, 2009
PUBLICITY
By entering the Contest, each entrant grants the [AG]WPJA a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the submitted images to promote the [AG]WPJA and its members
through the organization’s public websites. The [AG]WPJA may seek the photographer’s permission to publish the Contest-winning images in newsletters, books, magazines,
newspapers, CDs, or other media. Entrants retain all other rights in the submitted images.
