Judges Comment: This is truly an image that makes you respond with WOW. It is quite possibly the best image in the entire contest and a very clear first place. The image is very graphic with strong composition and the image manipulation enhances it instead of just looking like it was manipulated. The light on the steeple compliments the light on the dress. Great separation in all of the blacks. Great Image, congrats to the photographer.

Judges Comment: Another really superb image. I love the movement portrayed in the wedding party going up the stairs in contrast to the desk with lamps below. Very well composed and the toning is well done.

Judges Comment: Sometimes simple just works and this is a prime example. The image is simple clean and graphic. I like the crop splitting the head which draws attention to the fastening of the collar.

Judges Comment: Great backlight creates drama and texture in this image. I wish the photographer straightened the doorway a bit as it is a little distracting but still a very nice shot.

Judges Comment: Another very simple image but it works very well. The toning really enhances the image and there is good gesture and emotion captured.

Judges Comment: Great design. The high contrast and hair pulled tight into the triangular shape creates a very graphic and dynamic image. I wish the crop was not quite as tight on the bottom lip but that is just my personal feeling.

Judges Comment: The angle and the crop work very well in this image. The eye naturally follows the angle, and the toning and manipulation is handled very well.

Judges Comment: Simple clean graphic. Good detail in the screen which compliments the silhouette. Nice job.

Judges Comment: Great detail and the eye goes right to the shoes. The image is nicely toned with good detail. I am a little bothered by the light area in the upper left but still a very strong image.

Judges Comment: I love the scene. Nice angle and point of view from the photographer. While I also like the aged image effect, I think this image would still be very strong with less manipulation.

Judges Comment: Simple clean image with nice toning. I am bothered a bit by the bride's hand on her neck.

Judges Comment: Fun upbeat image. The bold colors of the ties with the black and white creates a nice graphic effect.

Judges Comment: The effect here is like a Lensbaby with falloff at the top and bottom and sharp in the center. The image is very pleasing and draws attention to the center of the dress.

Judges Comment: Nice design and flow and very nice color with good detail in both highlights and shadows.

Judges Comment: Love the light at the bottom of the stairs. The white dress had good detail even in the area where it blends into the strong highlights at the bottom of the stairs. The image has a nice flow and graphic component.

Judges Comment: Really like the composition of this image with the flowers on the right side and the bride going up the stairs. I am not sure if the manipulation here actually strengthens the image. Personally, while I like the effect, I would like it more if the opacity of the plugin was lowered just a bit.

Judges Comment: The toning and manipulation work very well in this image. I love the juxtaposition of the frame on the wall and the folks inside. Very good gesture and design.

Judges Comment: Nice graphic with strong vertical lines. The yellow light adds color and creates separation.

Judges Comment: Nice composition and very nice light. Great detail in the wedding dress. I do feel that the object in the left front corner distracts from the rest of the image and should be removed or cropped.

Judges Comment: The fisheye perspective creates a very nice element. I would suggest removing the guy in the front and a few of the reflections on the bride but still a nice image overall.
